Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) has arrested the prime suspect in connection with the shooting of a businessman in Old Dhaka's Shyambazar area yesterday.
A Rab team arrested Nayan from Mirpur last night and seized a firearm from his possession, Tapos Karmakar, media officer of Rab-10, told The Daily Star.
He added that Rab will hold a press briefing later in the day to provide further details.
