According to data from international air quality technology company IQAir at around 7:30 am on Tuesday (January 6), Dhaka is ranked 10th in the list of the world's most polluted cities with a score of 153. This air quality score is considered 'unhealthy'.
The Indian city of Delhi tops the list of the most polluted cities in the world with a score of 217. Cairo, the capital of Egypt, is next with a score of 194, Karachi, the capital of Pakistan, is third with a score of 170, Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is fourth with a score of 166, and Lahore, Pakistan, is fifth with a score of 163.
