A farmer was killed in an elephant attack at Banshkhali Eco Park in Chattogram Friday morning. The deceased was identified as Kamal Uddin, 45, a resident of Chambal union under the upazila.
Anisuzzaman Sheikh, deputy ranger of the Chattogram Wildlife Management Division, told The Daily Star that the forest department received information around 10:00am, and a team later recovered the body from the park area.
