Police detained a man at Hadi Chattar with what appeared to be a pistol, later identified as a toy gun.
A young man, Md Arafat Jaman from Jigatala in Dhanmondi, was detained by police Monday night amid Inqilab Mancha's Shahbagh sit-in. Officers seized a toy pistol from him after initial suspicion, and he's now held at Shahbagh station for investigation.
