The incident has created a sensation in the area.The family members of the first wife said that the couple got married about two years ago. A lot of gold jewelry, one lakh taka and furniture were given as dowry at the wedding. But within six months of the marriage, various troubles started in the family. The young man got involved in a relationship with another woman. There was also arbitration regarding this. But to no avail.
