Authorities at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport detained an Ansar officer on duty after discovering 14 mobile phones concealed inside his pants during a security check. The phones were allegedly being smuggled from abroad.
An internal investigation has been launched, and officials say strict disciplinary action will be taken if he’s found guilty of abusing his official position.
