Tuli's emotional gesture stems from a shared tragic experience: both Barrister Arman and Tuli's brother were victims of enforced disappearance during the previous "fascist regime." Tuli stated that she sees a reflection of her own brother in Barrister Arman, which evokes a deep personal connection and leads her to offer him her blessings despite the electoral rivalry.
