The Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) has officially announced its 2025–26 undergraduate admission circular.
According to the notice, online applications will open on 16 November and close on 2 December, while the application fee can be paid until 4 December. This year, BUET has removed the preliminary screening test, meaning candidates will be shortlisted based solely on the written examinationfollowed by a viva voce, as in previous years.
The admission test will be held on 10 January, conducted in two shifts under Module ‘A’ and Module ‘B’. The application fee is set at Tk 1,300 or Tk 1,500, depending on the chosen department. The provisional merit list and waiting list will be published on 7 February 2026.
