A woman named Noor Jahan had bought two pairs of pants from a shop called Jannat Fashion in the market. The shop staff had assured her that if the size didn’t fit, they would allow an exchange, and even provided a shop card as proof.

After three days, her family went back to the shop to exchange the items, as it had been raining heavily the previous day and the shop had been closed the day before that. Upon arriving, they noticed that another customer was also leaving the shop angrily after being denied an exchange, despite having been given the same promise.

According to the family, the shopkeepers behaved rudely with them as well. When one of the family members began recording a video of the incident, the staff reportedly became frightened and demanded that the video be deleted. They allegedly threatened the customer in front of others, and even another nearby shopkeeper told them to delete the video instead of helping.

One of the shop staff then reportedly snatched the phone and nearly slapped the customer. In the end, the family handed over the pants but left the shop without receiving any refund or exchange.
