Three employees were injured when bombs exploded at two shops in Jessore’s Abhoynagar upazila on Wednesday evening.
Police said the attackers targeted M/S Bishwas Trade International and M/S Al Torofdar Traders around 6:45 PM. One bomb went off inside Bishwas Trade International, injuring three staff.
Owner Ziaur Rahman alleged he had refused an extortion demand earlier. Police recovered bomb fragments from the scene and launched an operation to track down those involved.
