The victim's father reported that his son refused to attend the madrasa after the incident. . The defendant, Noman Ahmed, aged 21, hails from Muchhagara village in the Muradnagar upazila of Cumilla. He served as an assistant instructor at Gajaria Kalim Ullah Madrasa located in the Char Baushia region of the upazila. Md Shahidul Islam, the investigation officer of Gajaria Police Station, confirmed the matter, stating that they presented Noman in court today. "The officer stated that the accused provided a confession under Section 164 to the court and was subsequently taken to jail." Noman was apprehended from the madrasa grounds in the afternoon after a report was filed by the victim's father. The victim's dad informed local reporters that his son refused to attend the madrasa after the incident.
