In a notice signed by Farrokh Mahmud, Deputy Director of the Public Relations Department of Dhaka University, it is stated that the Chamber Court of the Appellate Division has stayed the High Court's order regarding the process and the final voter list of the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) election.
Today (September 1), Monday, the Chamber Court issued this order based on the petition of Dhaka University's lawyer Advocate Shishir Monir. As a result, there is no longer any obstacle to the DUCSU election scheduled for September 9.
