Macron Calls Trump After Being Delayed by Motorcade in New York
French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday telephoned U.S. President Donald Trump after being briefly delayed at a street closure caused by Trump’s motorcade during the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Macron remarked that he was held up in traffic as security measures were enforced for the U.S. president’s passage.
