A giant sinkhole measuring 30x30 meters and 15 meters deep has opened outside Vajira Hospital in Bangkok after soil leaked into subway tunnels under construction. The collapse damaged roads, pipes, and power lines, forcing outpatient services to be suspended for two days and residents nearby to evacuate. Officials confirmed that water from a burst pipe eroded the soil, which then fell into the under-construction subway station, causing the street to cave in. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.
