HSC, Alim, and Equivalent Exams in 2026 to Be Held Under Full Syllabus
The National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) has announced that the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), Alim, and equivalent examinations in 2026 will be conducted in all subjects based on the full syllabus, with full duration and full marks. The examinations are scheduled to take place in May-June of that year.
According to an official circular signed by NCTB’s Acting Chairman Rabiul Kabir Chowdhury, classes for Grade XI students admitted in the 2024–25 academic session began in the second week of August 2024. These students will sit for the HSC, Alim, and equivalent exams in May-June 2026, which will follow the complete curriculum set by the NCTB.
