Adam Hose suffered a really bad injury during the Hundred game for the Trent Rockets against the Southern Brave on Saturday, August 16, as the authorities had to cover him to prevent the kids from seeing it or the player getting clicked, and the play was stopped briefly as well.
It happened near the end of the first innings with just 20 balls remaining. Hose tried to slide and stop a well-hit shot from Michael Bracewell at mid-wicket, but lost his footing and ended up twisting his ankle. The live pictures were quite graphic as Hose rolled on the ground in pain before the medical staff rushed in.
