In northwestern Pakistan, at least 203 deaths occurred in 24 hours, including five relief crew members killed in a helicopter crash. India-administered Kashmir reported 60 deaths and over 200 missing in the town of Chashoti, a Hindu pilgrimage site. Nepal recorded 41 deaths and 121 injuries. Pakistan-administered Kashmir saw at least eight deaths, including six family members buried in their home debris. Witnesses described the floods as apocalyptic, with massive mudslides and boulders devastating affected areas.
