The long-awaited Rajshahi University Central Students’ Union (RUCSU) election is set to take place on 25 September. For the first time in its 63-year history, a female student of the university, Tasin Khan, has announced her candidacy for the post of Vice President (VP).
Tasin, a student of the Institute of Education and Research from the 2020–21 academic session, formally declared her candidacy on Friday.
