The International Crimes Tribunal has issued an arrest warrant for former Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina, requiring her to appear before the tribunal by November 18. This decision was made on October 17 by a bench led by Chairman Justice Md. Golam Murtaza. Earlier that day, the three judges, including the chairman, convened in the courtroom. The tribunal, now composed of Justice Md. Golam Murtaza, Justice Shafiul Alam Mahmud, and retired district and sessions judge Md. Mohitul Haque Enam Chowdhury, will address cases involving enforced disappearances, murders, and recent mass killings linked to student and public movements during the Awami League's governance.
